1. Agreement

By using tanzaniabudgetsafari.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Tanzania Budget Safari operates within the Inspiration Africa network, based in Arusha, Tanzania. All bookings are processed through Inspiration Africa.

2. Services

We provide affordable Tanzania safari packages connecting budget-conscious travellers with verified local tour operators. Your safari is delivered by the tour operator, not directly by Tanzania Budget Safari.

3. Booking & Payment

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD) per person unless stated otherwise.
• A 30% deposit confirms your booking. Balance is due 60 days before departure.
• Payments are processed securely via PesaPal and DPO.
• Prices may vary by season, group size, and accommodation type.

4. Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus $100 admin fee.
• 60-89 days: 50% refund.
• 30-59 days: 25% refund.
• Less than 30 days: No refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all safari bookings. Your policy must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

6. Travel Documents

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, and vaccinations. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates.

7. Itinerary Changes

Safari itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, wildlife movements, or safety. Such changes are not grounds for a refund.

8. Liability

Safari activities carry inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the total cost of your booking.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
